Garden Homes are typically four bedroom luxury villas located on the fronds of Palm Jumeirah. Two property types offered in Garden Homes have five bedrooms.

While there are several different layouts and facades, all units have built up areas of about 5,000 sq. ft. and lie on plots of 7,000 sq. ft. All villas area beach-front. Many homes have had extensions and upgrades done and so this is a specialized villa market.

When launched in 2003, Signature Villas were sold at AED 4.65 million and Garden Homes for AED 2.3 million. Almost all units were sold out within the first week of launch and unlike future launches that later took place in Dubai the launch was not done over many months which in hindsight would have allowed the developer to earn much more than they initially did.
